We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the situations in which returns and refunds are accepted, as well as important exceptions.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for non-customised products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in re sellable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at info@premierprint.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  1. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following item cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or personalised goods
    (including items with custom text, images, sizing, colours, engravings, or any made-to-order elements)

Customised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, therefore all sales of customised goods are final.

  1. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
