What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives in less than perfect condition please contact us via email immediately to arrange your replacement.

The best way to do this is by taking photos of the issues and dropping us over an email, once we have this we can look to get the issue sorted as soon as possible for you. 

If you contact us via phone or LiveChat regarding an issue, you will be advised to send via email so we can track and log your issue and find a resolution. 

Please note, we will only print from your existing uploaded artwork, if you want to change the design there will be a fee of 50% of the item. 

We have a less than 1% damage rate which is very low.
